Dear people of Napa Valley,
I’m writing from Las Chilcas Ranch,in Lavalleja hills & valleys, heart of Uruguay, little country between Argentina and Brasil, wellknown for our world football cup vs. Brasil in 1950 (Maracana) and our meat. Here in our ranch, we join our lambs, to select best ones to be sent to Punta del Este restaurants, nain resort in S.America.
I wonder, how would these natural milkteeth ovine marvels do,on your dishes,paired with your red wines and truffles.
I will be visiting you within 3 or 4 months, just to meet you, royal chefs, top cooking people in the world. And I will find the way to let you know our lamb cuts Cordero Real brand, vaccum packed, aged, on site, if your USDA allows our country to begin exports.
